Oracle NetSuite and Trace Global

Mid-market multi-site operators often run NetSuite with utility bills entered as vendor bills, one per account, coded to a location or department. Trace Global reads those records so the audit compares what the utility billed with what you entered and paid.
We connect through SuiteTalk REST web services using token-based authentication tied to a dedicated integration role. SuiteQL lets us pull vendor bills, bill payments and locations in a few queries instead of exporting saved searches by hand.
If you choose, Trace Global creates vendor bills from audited statements with subsidiary, location, account and amount filled in, and attaches the bill PDF.
How the data feeds the audit
- Detect bills paid twice under different reference numbers.
- Measure late payment fees and deposits charged after missed due dates.
- Find utility accounts still billing to locations marked inactive.
- Track utility refunds and credits through to the vendor record.
Setup
- 1Enable token-based authentication and REST web services in NetSuite.
- 2Create an integration record and a Trace Global role with read access to vendor bills and payments.
- 3Generate a token for that role and share it through the credential vault.
- 4List the utility vendors and subsidiaries in scope.
- 5Review the first reconciliation of NetSuite bills to captured statements.
