Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 1, 2026

Trace Global wants everyone who works with utility bills, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to use traceglobal.si and the Trace Global platform. This statement describes the standard we work to, what we have done, and how to reach us.

1. Our standard

We design and test to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This approach supports the requirements of Section 508 and the Americans with Disabilities Act as they apply to our US customers, and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 in India.

2. What we do

Pages use semantic headings, landmarks and labeled form fields. Interactive elements work with a keyboard and show a visible focus state. Text and interface components meet minimum contrast ratios. Motion respects the reduced-motion setting of your device. Tables and charts include text equivalents, and the interface reflows and scales up to 200 percent zoom without loss of content.

We test with automated checks on every release and with manual keyboard and screen reader review (NVDA with Firefox and VoiceOver with Safari) on key flows.

3. Known limitations

Some uploaded utility bills are scanned PDFs or images supplied by utilities, and we cannot always make those source documents accessible. We provide extracted text and the structured bill view for those files. Some complex tariff comparison charts are being improved to give richer screen reader summaries.

4. Third-party content

Embedded tools from other providers, such as scheduling widgets, may not fully meet WCAG. We choose providers that publish accessibility commitments and offer an alternative way to reach us when a tool does not work for you.

5. Feedback and requests

If you find a barrier, or need information in another format such as a report in plain text or a call instead of a form, tell us at support@traceglobal.si or call +91 (0870) 241-6120. Please give the page address and the assistive technology you use. We acknowledge reports within two business days and aim to give a fix or an alternative within 10 business days.

6. Review

We review this statement and our test results at least once a year and after major releases. Our product team owns accessibility, and the Head of Security and Compliance reports on it to the founder each quarter.
