Trusted with your bills and your utility relationships
How we protect your data, and how we behave when we talk to your utilities on your behalf.
SOC 2 Type II
Annual examination of security, availability and confidentiality controls by an independent CPA firm. Report available under NDA.
Read-only credentials
Utility portal credentials are vaulted with per-customer encryption keys, used read-only and revocable by you at any time.
US data residency
Customer bill and meter data is stored and processed in AWS US regions. Engineers in India access it through audited, least-privilege sessions.
Encryption
AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Backups encrypted and tested quarterly.
Zero model training
Your bills are never used to train models shared with other customers or third parties.
Access reviews
Quarterly access reviews, SSO with hardware keys for staff, and background checks for everyone with data access.
Our utility conduct standard
- 01We file only claims backed by a tariff citation and recalculated bills.
- 02We use each utility's normal commercial billing dispute channel first.
- 03We never change service, payment arrangements or contact details on your accounts.
- 04We escalate to a state commission only with your written approval.
- 05We identify ourselves as your authorized agent in every utility contact.
