Subprocessors

Last updated October 1, 2026

Trace Global uses the subprocessors below to host, secure and support the platform. Each is bound by a written agreement with data protection terms no less protective than our Data Processing Addendum. Customers receive at least 30 days notice by email before a new subprocessor begins handling customer data. To receive notices, email privacy@traceglobal.si.

1. Hosting and storage

Amazon Web Services, Inc.: cloud hosting for application servers, databases (Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL), object storage (Amazon S3) for bills and evidence packets, and encryption key management (AWS KMS). Location: United States, regions us-east-1 (primary) and us-west-2 (backup and disaster recovery).

2. Document processing

Amazon Web Services (Amazon Textract): extraction of text and tables from scanned bills and AP invoice images, processed in us-east-1. Results are returned to our systems and not retained by the vendor for model training. Customer bill data is not sent to any third-party generative model provider.
