What matters to vps of real estate and facilities
Facility OpEx without capital outlay
Corrections come from billing and rate fixes, not equipment. There is nothing to buy, install or schedule at your sites.
Transparent meters across the portfolio
Every meter is mapped to a site, lease and cost center, so you can see which accounts are billed and why.
Light IT involvement
We start from bills you already receive. Most customers connect in days with a bill export or a utility feed, and no store or site work.
Clean exits and transitions
Closed, sold and relocated sites are checked so utility accounts are closed on time and no charges follow you.
What you receive
| Meter-to-site register | A list of every meter, account and utility tied to your properties, with status and rate schedule. |
|---|---|
| Site-level findings | Overbilling found for each site, with dates, amounts and evidence. |
| Closure and vacancy report | Accounts still billing for sites that closed, were sold or are vacant. |
| Rate change recommendations | Prospective schedule changes with the reason and the eligibility test, for you to approve. |
| Quarterly portfolio review | A summary of recoveries, open claims and sites where bills changed. |
The questions you will ask
Very little. We ask for bill access, a site list and lease end dates. After that, requests come only when a utility needs a signature or site detail.
No. We work from bills and utility-provided data. We may ask for a site photo or a letter from an electrician for a metering claim.
Utility field checks are rare and scheduled with your site contact. We prepare the request and the contact, and you keep control of access.
You approve every rate change, and the filing is made under your letter of authorization. The account stays in your name and under your control.
