Tariff changes you can actually file

Interval peaks, power factor and rate eligibility turned into specific schedule changes, plus Scope 2 data from the same bills.

What matters to directors of energy and sustainability

Executable tariff changes

Each recommendation names the schedule, the eligibility test and the expected effect, so it can be filed rather than debated.

Interval peaks and ratchets

We rebuild billed demand from interval data and show which peaks set the charge and how long a ratchet carries them.

Power factor

We check reactive power readings and penalty terms, and tell you whether correction equipment is already doing its job.

Scope 2 data from the same bills

Normalized kWh and therm consumption by site and period is exported for ESG reporting, including ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.

What you receive

Rate schedule reviewFor each large meter, the schedules available, which ones the site qualifies for and the reason.
Demand and ratchet analysisMonthly billed demand against interval peaks, with the ratchet effect shown.
Power factor reportMeters with adjustments, the readings behind them and the correction history.
Consumption exportSite and period level energy consumption data in a format ESG reporting tools accept.
Change request packetsReady-to-file schedule change requests for your approval.

The questions you will ask

No. Charts support the findings, but the output is a recovery claim or a schedule change request you can file and track.

It depends on the utility. We check data completeness and flag gaps, and we do not draw conclusions from data that is missing or inconsistent.

We report which peaks set the charge and what they cost. Operating changes are your decision; we do not recommend actions that risk service or production.

We export normalized consumption and can feed ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. Other tools can ingest CSV or API exports.
