Utilities process billing corrections every day. We file within each utility's own dispute process, with documentation, and escalate to a regulator only when a utility stalls on a valid claim and you approve it.
Each finding shows the bill, the tariff language and the recalculation. Fees are charged only on cash or credits that actually post to your account.
Recovery Audit is 35% of recovered dollars, with no platform fee. Continuous Audit adds $4 per meter per month and a 20% share. You pay nothing if nothing is recovered.
