From signature to refund check in about a quarter
Most of the work is ours. Here is what happens each week and what we need from you.
| When | What happens | Your time |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | Sign and authorize Sign the recovery agreement and a letter of authorization naming the utilities in scope. No change to service, billing address or payments. | 30 minutes of legal review |
| Days 2 to 5 | Connect bills We connect your bill-pay export, EDI feeds, utility portals or AP inbox and pull 24 months of history. Accounts are matched to sites and GL entities. | A site list and one ERP export |
| Weeks 2 to 3 | Audit Every bill line is recalculated from the tariff in force for its period. Tariff analysts review every finding above $2,500 before it reaches you. | Nothing |
| Week 3 | Findings report A ranked list of findings with dollar value, refund window and evidence. You approve which ones we file. | One 45-minute review call |
| Weeks 4 to 6 | File claims Claims go to each utility with tariff citations, recalculated bills and meter evidence. Oldest refund windows first. | Approve filings |
| Weeks 6 to 16 | Collect We answer utility questions, reconcile partial credits and confirm each credit or check before invoicing our share. | Nothing |
| Ongoing | Keep bills right Rate changes take effect, new bills are audited as they arrive, and anomalies reach AP before payment. | Monthly summary email |
