Customer Success Manager, Enterprise
Be the day-to-day lead for large multi-site customers, from onboarding bill access to the first recovery report and beyond.
Enterprise customers have thousands of meters, several finance teams and a mix of utilities. You will manage a portfolio of these accounts for their first two years. That means running onboarding, getting bill access connected, setting up letters of authorization, walking customers through findings and keeping them informed on claims. You will bring the customer's needs back to product and recovery teams. You report to the VP, Recovery Operations and work during US business hours with finance, facilities and accounts payable leaders at large US retailers, grocers and property companies.
What you will do
- Lead onboarding for new enterprise customers, including bill feeds, account lists and authorizations.
- Present first findings and quarterly recovery reviews to finance and facilities leaders.
- Coordinate with recovery specialists and analysts so customers get one clear status view.
- Track adoption of AP workflow features such as GL coding and late-fee prevention.
- Collect customer feedback and bring prioritized requests to the product team.
- Prepare renewals and expansions to continuous audit with the sales team.
What you bring
- Four or more years in customer success, account management or implementation for B2B software or finance services.
- Experience with enterprise customers and several stakeholders at once.
- Comfort presenting numbers and findings to a CFO or controller.
- Strong written and spoken English and availability during US Central or Eastern business hours.
- Organized habits, with clear notes and follow-through.
Nice to have
- Experience in accounts payable, utility expense management or procurement software.
- Experience with ERP integrations such as SAP, NetSuite or Oracle.
- Experience working with US retail or multifamily operators.
